Depending on the applications or platforms used, implementation takes place on the new systems as your existing systems remain functional.
The Detail Department may work offsite, alongside a staff member, with your team (including your IT department or a third party vendor), or with external consultants. As the new systems are built, they are documented.
We keep you in the loop through all phases of the project. Decisions and plans are documented in a collaborative environment that you can view and contribute to.
Testing must involve your team as much as possible. Small sections of the project are prepared for you to test, then tweaked to meet your requirements and approved.
The project can be released in one hit, or progressively rolled out to allow your staff and customers to adjust to the new systems. We work onsite with your staff throughout go-live to answer any questions, provide support, and tweak things if required.
